Thomas is a lawyer and partner in the real estate department at Lundgren. His main areas of practice include asset management, real estate transactions, including advice on corporate structuring, prospectus/investor information, and sales to investors. Additionally, Thomas frequently advises on real estate development projects and in the area of commercial leasing, where he has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating lease, management, and operation contracts for offices, hotels, and shopping centers. Thomas also serves on several boards of directors, including those of commercial funds and managers of alternative investment funds
