Meet RemonRemon is a Partner and Head of Litigation at Motei & Associates. In 2007, he began his career as a lawyer at a well-renowned law firm in Cairo, Egypt. In 2016 he moved to Dubai to act as an Associate with Motei & Associates.Area of ExpertiseRemon has more than 15 years of extensive experience in civil, commercial, corporate, and criminal litigation in Egypt and the UAE. He represented clients in diverse complex civil and commercial cases in Egypt/UAE. He was appointed as legal counsel of the Cairo Pharmacists Syndicate to represent to the Syndicate in one the landmark cases in Egypt. He successfully handled numerous corporate and commercial litigation for large companies in Egypt. He has also represented clients in various arbitration cases before the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) and Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). In Dubai, he has developed unique on-ground experience and expertise to handle employment, real estate, shareholders, investors, personal injuries, defamation and family matters. He represented numerous clients in enforcement of arbitral awards.
