Andrew’s practice focuses on acting for financial institutions from both Guernsey and other jurisdictions. He has extensive experience of trusts and fiduciary matters and has appeared in many reported decisions. His practice, both contentious and non-contentious, extends to insolvency, employment, property and regulatory matters.
