Master Lawyer Nicholas GOLDHAWK

Nick was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2017. He practices exclusively in labor law. He joined Share Lawyers in 2021, where he represents employees in all types of disputes with their employers, including wrongful dismissal, workplace harassment, human rights, employment standards, and more. Nick is passionate about workers' rights and finds inspiration in helping people achieve justice in their workplace conflicts. He has written about labor law issues for national newspapers, specialized journals, and legal summaries. Nick earned an Honours Bachelor in Journalism from Carleton University in 2011, and after working for two years as a journalist, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016.In his free time, Nick enjoys traveling, playing basketball, cycling, skiing, and enjoying outdoor activities. When indoors, Nick relaxes by cooking and listening to podcasts, usually at the same time.
