In this area he has negotiated and advised on power purchase agreements, concession agreements, EPC contracts, O&M contracts and financing documentation for projects.Christopher is also active in advising clients on financing exercises and transactions (both in conventional and Islamic financing), whether involving issuance of sukuk, bonds and other commercial papers or through bank lending.
