Master Lawyer Zeghloul SEMLALI

Zeghloul Semlali Société Civile Professionnelle d’Avocats is the name of the firm originally founded in 1966 in Rabat by the late Me Mohammed Semlali. Trained in civil law, the late Me Mohammed Semlali served as the president of the Rabat Bar Association from 1994 to 1996.The arrival of Me Taoufik Zeghloul, initially as a liquidator following the passing of the late Me Mohammed Semlali, and subsequently as a lawyer and later a partner, led to the development of the firm's insurance law department, ensuring continuity from 1998 to the present. A graduate of Mohammed V University (Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences) in public law and registered with the Rabat Bar since 1989, Me Taoufik Zeghloul specializes in property law and holds the title of Advocate Accredited by the Supreme Court, now the Court of Cassation.Mr. Mohamed Yassir Semlali, son of the late Mohammed Semlali, joined the firm in 2000, first as a trainee and then as a lawyer and partner in 2001. A graduate in private law from Mohammed V University in Rabat (Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences) and later in business law from the University of Perpignan, he has successfully developed the firm's business law practice, assisting Moroccan companies and individual entrepreneurs with both advisory services and litigation management in various fields.
