Master Lawyer Yassine ASSILA

Asila Yacine is a Moroccan lawyer registered with the Casablanca Bar Association.He holds a degree in Private Law from Hassan II University – French Department – obtained in 2002, as well as a National Professional Diploma in Modern Documentation, awarded after successfully passing a national professional examination organized by the Ministry of Justice.To complement his legal expertise, he continued to enhance his professional experience in modern documentation offices specializing in contract law and real estate tax law.He participated in several professional training sessions organized by the Higher School of Legal and Economic Studies, focusing on practical cases in real estate law and contract law.The quality of training provided by Modern Documentation Offices allowed him to acquire multiple skills for offering practical solutions in the fields of real estate law and business law.Professor Asila Yassin participated in various training seminars on real estate tax law, organized by the National Chamber of Modern Documentation in partnership with the International Bureau of Francis Lefebvre. These seminars included studies of practical cases in real estate tax law.He has also worked as a professional workshop facilitator for employees of the National Social Security Fund and numerous pharmaceutical company executives as part of training programs organized by LMS Experience Office.In 2011, he obtained the Certificate of Professional Competence for Legal Practice.Following his professional journey in documentary studies, he joined a prestigious law firm in Casablanca: Diouri Law Firm.In 2015, he founded the Assila Law Firm, specializing in business law and real estate law.He has signed contracts with major international companies and renowned law firms to represent numerous national and foreign companies.
