Master Lawyer Huzaifah Bin Mohamed

Before joining MJLO in Muscat, Huzaifah worked for ten (10) years at Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad (MIDF) in the Group Secretariat and Legal Division as a Shariah and Legal Officer. During his tenure, he was responsible for the MIDF Group's legal matters, as well as Shariah, Islamic finance, and secretarial tasks. He is a member of the Association of Shariah Advisors in Islamic Finance of Malaysia (ASAS).Huzaifah was one of the coordinators for implementing the BNM Shariah governance framework for Islamic financial institutions within the MIDF Group. He was also involved in various Shariah standards setups, product development projects, and Islamic securities/Sukuk issuances for the group.Huzaifah has experience and expertise in Islamic fund management services, Islamic financial product development, and Shariah auditing.
