Muhammad earned his LL.M. in Corporate Law from the Faculty of Sharia and Law at the International Islamic University, Islamabad. His primary areas of practice include corporate law, commercial law, transactional law, arbitration, contract law, and labor law.Muhammad was part of the legal team representing Pakistan's largest public sector entity in an ICC arbitration held in Singapore under the auspices of the International Court of Arbitration. Later, Muhammad relocated to Dubai as a legal advisor, where he developed his practice focusing on commerce, arbitration, contracts, and employment. He has represented numerous clients in arbitration claims arising from real estate and construction disputes under the Dubai International Arbitration Center. He has also assisted clients in arbitration cases at the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) and the ADCCAC (Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Center). He regularly advises clients on a wide range of diverse legal matters as part of his specialized practice.During his career, Muhammad has taught law at the University of Dubai and the prestigious Faculty of Sharia and Law at the International Islamic University, Islamabad. While in Dubai, he delivered lectures on Human Resources and the Legal Environment in the UAE and developed a course module on the legal aspects of HR and labor law for the University of Dubai’s Executive Development Center. He has also published various research articles in internationally renowned legal journals.His time in Singapore, Dubai, Pakistan, and now Oman allows him to identify and understand the specific needs of his clients and their best commercial interests.
