Master Lawyer A. JUENGEL Daniel

Dan Juengel is a criminal defense attorney with over 30 years of experience. He has defended death penalty cases and tried numerous murder and serious sexual offense cases. He has represented clients across the state of Missouri and before federal courts in the Missouri, Illinois, Alabama, and South Carolina districts. He has argued cases before the Missouri Supreme Court, the Eastern District of Missouri Court of Appeals, the Seventh and Eighth Circuit Federal Courts of Appeals, and has submitted briefs before the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Federal Criminal Justice Law Committee and a former contract attorney for the Missouri State Public Defender System for Felony Offenses.
